Ordered front splitter for my car sent pictures told him it was the wrong size.asked him to swap out for correct size or refund and no response went to maxton they sent me correct one.

Very very angry bought a mk6 golf splitter from this company way before Christmas. It still has not turned up even though it says 4-5 working days delivery. Tried emailing no reply I've tried the phone number which does not work. Avoid at all costs. I've paid through PayPal so may open a dispute as I'm not loosing out on £100 very annoyed!!!

They sent my item out. It got lost.i phoned them they told me speak with courier company eventhough they sent it. The lad from MCG didn't give his name. I asked them when will I get the item I was told in a week. I needed the item for an nct and I told them it was to be ready for a childs Communion. I asked if I could get a replacement and pick it up he said no not until the courier gives it back to them. This customer representative needs training as if you don't recieve your item you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. The representative for MCG was rude unhelpful not trusting at all and needs training if you can get your items elsewhere you should only use MCG as a last resort. I think they should have accommodated me with a replacement as i was under severe pressure and he knew that but thats his way. He will respond to this saying he had none in stock thats nonsense as my mate rang after me and they had a set of springs. They are nice taking your money but not helpful when a problem arises AVOID
